GroupiFlow user guide
1. Create your account
- Download the GroupiFlow app (Google Play).
- Tap Sign up: name, email, password (6 characters minimum).
- Open the confirmation email and click the link (GroupiFlow web page).
- Return to the app and sign in.
Your GF-U support code appears in Settings — keep it to contact support.
2. Create a group
- From home, create a new group.
- Choose type: Tontine or Classic (cannot be changed later).
- Enter name, currency, default contribution, frequency.
- The group starts with a 14-day free trial.
Each group has a GF-G code visible in group settings.
3. Add members
Members do not have an app account: they are records (name, phone, contribution).
- Members tab → add / edit / deactivate.
- You can customize a member's contribution if needed.
4. Contributions (income)
- Contributions tab → new payment.
- Select member, amount, date, method.
- Once validated, the amount is added to the fund.
Coverage shows how many months are paid for the current year.
5. Tontine mode
- Set the order in which members receive the pot.
- Start a round: each member contributes; one beneficiary receives the pot.
- History and swaps per group rules.
6. Classic mode
- Assistance: fund outflows to help a member (validation required).
- Events: targeted collections (wedding, funeral, project…).
7. Co-managers
When you create a group, you are the owner: you manage everything, including the licence.
To add someone: Group settings → Managers.
- Enter their email (they must already have a GroupiFlow account).
- Choose a role: Manager or Supervisor.
- The app shows what each role allows when you choose.
8. Licence & renewal
After the trial, the group becomes read-only if the licence expires.
Check the group's Licence tab to renew (online payment depending on your region).
9. Statistics & exports
- Stats: overview of income and expenses.
- PDF report and backup: per your plan.
10. Support
- Settings → Contact support.
- Describe your issue; include GF-U / GF-G codes if needed.
- Track requests in My support tickets.
11. Security
The app locks after inactivity. Sign in again to continue.
Never share your password — support will never ask for it.
