1. Create your account
- Download GroupiFlow from Google Play.
- Tap Sign up: name, email, password (6 characters minimum).
- Confirm your address via the link received by email.
- Sign in to the app.
Your GF-U code is visible in Settings — useful when contacting support.
You can also sign in with Google: follow the on-screen instructions.
2. Create a group
- Home → create a new group.
- Choose Tontine or Classic — this choice is permanent.
- Enter name, currency, default contribution, frequency.
- 14-day free trial to explore the app.
The group's GF-G code is visible in group settings.
3. Members
Members do not have an app account: they are records you manage (name, phone, contribution).
- Members tab → add, edit or deactivate.
- You can customize a member's contribution if needed.
4. Contributions
- Contributions tab → new payment.
- Select member, amount, date and payment method.
- Once validated, the amount is added to the fund.
Coverage shows how many months of the year are paid for each member.
5. Tontine mode
- Set the order in which members receive the pot.
- Start a round: everyone contributes, one member receives the pot.
- View history in the Tontine tab.
6. Classic mode
- Assistance: expenses to help a member.
- Events: collections for a project (wedding, funeral, etc.).
7. Co-managers
When you create a group, you are the owner: you manage everything, including the licence.
To add someone: Group settings → Managers.
- Enter their email (they must already have a GroupiFlow account).
- Choose a role: Manager or Supervisor.
- The app shows what each role allows when you choose.
8. Licence
If the licence expires, the group becomes read-only: you can view data but cannot add new entries.
Renew from the group's Licence tab (online payment depending on your region).
9. Statistics & exports
- Stats: overview of income and expenses.
- PDF report: depending on your plan.
- Backup: group export for archiving (per plan).
10. Support
- Settings → Contact support.
- Describe your issue; include GF-U / GF-G codes if needed.
- Track requests in My support tickets.
11. Security
The app locks after a period of inactivity. Sign in again to continue.
Never share your password. Support will never ask for it.
